Quality Slitting Machine

Use:
This slitting machine is for slitting and rewinding the Film, Aluminum/Copper Foil, Paper, non-woven and so on.
Characteristics:
--Unwinding part:
2 types of jumbo roll loading equipment for customer's choice: 1) manual; 2) automatic.
Adopts a 3inch inflating shaft for unwinding; 6inch is optional.
Adopt an automatic EPC (edge position correction) system to this part so as to make a better slitting and rewinding.
--Rewinding part:
Adopt two 3inch inflating shafts for rewinding (6inch is optional).
Every rewinding shaft has a separate tension system; Normally use the magnetic-powder clutch or frequency converter motor to adjust. The rewinding tension is easy to adjust.
--Driving system:
Adopt AC motor to drive the machine.
The motor has frequency converter to control which has advantage of powerful, stable, stepless speed changes.
--Cutting part:
The splitting adopts rotary blade. It features of stable, precise and complete cutting.
The blade is good quality which has a long service life.
--Tension control:
The tension of material is easy to adjust and control by a separate tension adjusting system.
Normally, the tension system uses the magnetic-powder clutch to make it.
The user can also choose the air clutch or frequency converter motor.
--Length counter:
Adopt automatic length counter;
The user can set the product length from the control panel. When it reaches the setting length, the machine will stop automatically.
--Security system:
This machine has a security system to protect the user.
When the rewinding shaft tail is open, or when the air pressure is less than the safe value, the machine cannot star so as to avoid accident.
--Control system:
We gather the operations on to a control panel. It is convenient to operate the machine.
The user can also choose PLC control type. By this way, the machine adopts PLC to control with special program. The user can input functions by the touch panel. It is easier to operate.
